Meet Brooke Johnson; Senior Property Manager

Brooke joined the Drucker + Falk team in 2012 as a leasing consultant, promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 2014, promoted to Property Manager in 2015, and promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2019. During her time with Drucker + Falk she has won awards for Resident Satisfaction through Satisfacts, Apartment Ratings for Community Achieving Top Rates, Daily Press Choice Awards for The Best Apartment Community in Newport News, Community Involvement Award from The Virginia Apartment Management Association. Brooke received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation with The National Apartment Association in 2019. 
Brooke currently resides in Williamsburg, VA with her husband and 4 fur kids. In her spare time, she likes to go to the beach, travel, and spend time with family. 

Meet Ricky Punch; Service Manager

Ricky joined the Drucker + Falk team in 2015. Ricky is a dynamic innovating leader in the maintenance field, where he brings over 15 years of versatile experience to the PTC team. Ricky has migrated to us from NYC and has indulged us with his vast range of skills in mechanical repair and maintenance. Ricky's positive attitude shows if it is broken there's always a constructive and effective way to fix it! During his time with Drucker + Falk he has lead teams in lease ups and effectively managed multiple communities. Due to his exceptional customer service, vast knowledge, and dedication to his role he has been nominated for numerous Service Manager awards.   

In his spare time, Ricky enjoys restoring and working on his vehicles and spending time with his wonderful family.

Meet Jai Cutler; Leasing Specialist

Jai joined the Drucker + Falk team in 2020. Jai is an outgoing, caring, and silly individual. He has been in the customer service industry for over 5 years, he is very seasoned and is an asset to the Drucker + Falk team. Jai’s biggest strength is being personable with the residents and making them feel like they are family. Jai is excited to be part of your management team and cannot wait to see where his future goes. 

Meet Deanna Quirk; Leasing Specialist

Deanna joined the Drucker + Falk family in January 2020 where she is a well-rounded employee with 6 years of background in the customer service industry. She is an energetic, fun loving, and caring person. She comes from a military service family and has traveled all over the world. Her goal with the Drucker + Falk is to grow with the company and one day become a Property Manager just like her Senior Property Manager, Brooke Johnson. 
In her spare time she loves coaching cheerleading at one of the locals high schools, spending time with her family and friends, and most importantly shopping.
